Beautiful (and delicious) product!

We love the dried garbanzo beans for our house made hummus - they cook up well and make the best, creamiest hummus The packaging is also so beautiful, we just had to put it on our retail shelf as well. Highly recommend!

I am OBSESSED with this company!

Not only is it family owned and operated here in the Palouse, but all of their products are such incredible quality! I am gluten free and use their chickpea flour for all my baked goods. Such a great alternative, and is packed full of good nutrients. I highly recommend switching all your flours to Appel Heights, you will not regret it!

Jaimie is just the sweetest and her monster cookie mix will forever be one of my favorites! If in Colfax you should def check them out! We love Appel Heights!
