“Sourdough flour blend” 

This blend is comprised of organic unbleached hard red wheat, organic malted barley and unbleached soft white wheat. This blend can be used for many different things, included but not limited to: feeding your sourdough starter, bread, cookies, brownies, waffles, pancakes, pizza dough and anything else where flour is the star of the show!

**Please store in a cool and dry place, in a sealed food-safe container. Can also be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
