Appel Heights was born out of a desire to find a way to keep our 5th generation farming roots alive by bringing something to the consumer that would benefit their wellbeing. Stone milling grains and legumes into flour, grown from commodities raised on the Pacific Northwest is exactly what we are doing. We are dedicated to bringing you the freshest flour from the most productive, versatile, and resilient soils located right here on the famous rolling hills of the PNW.
