Roast Sticky Chicken Spice Blend

Directions: sprinkle entire whole roaster chicken with roast sticky chicken rub. Place large, peeled whole onion in cavity. Place breast side down in roasting pan and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours or at 350 degrees for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. Works great in crockpots, too! May be used as a grilling rub or to I've a little zip to Mac and cheese. Remember, a little goes a long ways, it's spicy! DO NOT USE ENTIRE PACKAGE ON ONE CHICKEN.
