Take everything that is great about our classic Vandal Green and make it better! Fresh green chilies, fresh lime, fresh tomatillos, reduction of raw beer (wort from local paradise creek brewery) and add malt vinegar, fresh serrano peppers, cilantro and other herbs and spices to create a one of a kind green sauce even better!
From start to finish, its Appel Heights. Seeding the field/farmer, harvesting the field, hauling the grain, milling the grain and baking with our stone milled flour. It's us. Six generations of wheat farmers, here to serve you. When we say from our farm to your table, we mean it.
